Requirements

  • The objective of this contract is to provide systems engineering, research, development, prototyping, and mission support capabilities to support both manned and unmanned maritime systems.
  • The Contractor shall support systems design reviews, conduct design and prototyping, and support the demonstration/assessment of the utility and limitations of manned and unmanned maritime systems.
  • Specifically, the Contractor shall possess the facilities, processes, and licenses to conduct activities involved in the development, testing, and support of maritime systems, subsystems, components, payloads and materials.
  • Specific support requirements include the following tasks:
    • Task 1 – Program Management
    • Task 2 – Manned Maritime Systems Support
    • Task 3 – Unmanned Maritime Systems Support
    • Task 4 – Payload Design, Prototyping and Integration
