Requirements

  • Perform research, product development, in person and virtual training development and delivery, analytical support, private sector communication and outreach, strategic planning, compliance tracking, risk management, active assailant prevention and response planning, small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) cybersecurity and counter unmanned aircraft system (C-UAS) expertise, emerging threat awareness and mitigation activities and cyber-physical convergence expertise, to addresses the dynamic threat environment posed by targeted violence and terrorism for Infrastructure Security Division.
  • TASK ONE. Contract Management
    • Provide all necessary personnel to manage the contract process by maintaining cost control, schedule, and quality and delivery of all services and products.
  • TASK TWO. Product and Website Support
    • Assist in product development and enhancement, website updates, and content creation across Security Programs subdivision.
  • TASK THREE. Training/ Workshop Development and Support
    • Assist with supporting the development and the deliverance of training in virtual and classroom environments on a variety of risk mitigation topics as per government direction.
  • TASK FOUR. Analytical Support
    • Provide data analysis, planning, communications, research, and technical writing support to Security Programs in an effort to promote awareness of the dynamic threat environment posed by targeted violence and terrorism and communicate the value of government programs and
      services in protecting against this threat to various stakeholders.
  • TASK FIVE. Active Assailant Program Support
    • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to the Active Assailant Preparedness Program in an effort to promote awareness and provide the critical infrastructure community with resources and training to better prepare, increase security, and develop resilience to face these types of
      incidents.
  • TASK SIX. Security Planning Program Support
    • Provide strategic planning and training for the Critical Infrastructure Security Planning Program and insider threat products.
  • TASK SEVEN. Unmanned Aircraft Systems Security Support
    • Provide UAS cyber and physical security expertise to inform CISA’s UAS risk management efforts, to include research, risk management analysis, and cyber-physical security analytic support services to the government in an effort to reduce risks posed by unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) to critical infrastructure.
  • TASK EIGHT. Integrated Security Program Support
    • Provide support through policy development, metrics development and analysis, data collection, report writing, briefings, marketing, training, editing, facilitating working groups and subcommittees, and extensive outreach and compliance activities.
