Requirements

  • The Contractor shall furnish engineering, technical, maintenance, and support services necessary for and incidental to performance of the requirements set forth in accordance with (IAW) this PWS and priorities established by the Government. Subcontract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Prime Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government
  • The Contractor shall primarily support the following WSTC Directorates: Material Test Directorate; Range Operations Directorate; Information Management G6 Directorate; and Survivability and Vulnerability
  • WSTC tasks include, but are not limited to:
    • Test Operations and Support Functions includes Engineering Support; Fabrication Services; Ammunition Supply Point; Ground Targets Operation (GTO); Field Telecommunications Support; Visual Information Documentary Photographic Support; Frequency Surveillance; and, Spectrum Managemen
    • Open-Air Operations Support Services includes Non Day-of-Test Support; Day-of-Test Support; and, Operation Support Commodities
    • Support by Test Facility includes Aerial Cable Range; Temperature Test Facility (TTF); Environmental Test Area – II; Environmental Test Chambers (ETCs); Mobile Field Conditioning Equipment (MFCE); Launcher Dynamics Equipment; Nondestructive Test Laboratory; Chemistry and Microbiology Laboratories; 300K Dynamic Facility; Electromagnetic Radiation Effects (EMRE) Site; High Energy Laser Systems Test Facility (HELSTF); Linear Accelerator (LINAC) and Thermal Facilities; High Power Electromagnetic (HPEM) Facilities; Gamma Radiation Facilities; Dosimetry Metrology Laboratory; Semiconductor Test Laboratory; Rapid Response Laboratory (RRL); Radiation Tolerance Assured Support and Supply Center (RTASSC); Nuclear, Electromagnetic, and Applied Environment Test Programs (NEAEPs); Cox Range Control Center; and, Mission Command Control IT Services
