Background

The scope of the Hemisphere program is to provide A&AS services to support the development and sustainment of weapon systems for SSC SDACP and BMC3. These services will include lifecycle acquisition and sustainment, cybersecurity, executive acquisition, product support and logistics, contracting, intelligence, facilities and test and operations.

Sejba is the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power as well as the PEO for Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communications at Space Systems Command in Los Angeles Air Force Base in California. He directs two diverse portfolios of over 60 programs valued at over $12 billion encompassing a wide-range of mission areas including space domain awareness, space control, strategic warning and surveillance, defensive cyber operations, innovation and prototyping, operational and tactical command and control systems.
