The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Base Support Vehicles and Equipment services at Isa Air Base, Al Riffa Army Base, and other locations within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Performance Standard Investment services to ensure facilities, equipment, systems and other assets are fully functional and in normal working condition. execute a Service Order program, Project Work Order program, requirements. The Contractor shall be knowledgeable of and comply with installation facility management reporting and coordination requirements.

| Background: |
Unaccompanied Housing UH facilities consist of approximately 425 Relocatable Buildings (RLB). Surge capacity tent berthing consists of 11 tents. Each unit contains bunk bed with two mattresses, two standalone cabinets, refrigerator, A/C units, electrical outlets, overhead lighting and fire protection. Some units include fires suppression systems Some units contain a wall mounted flat screen television. Unaccompanied Housing includes services such as billeting and common operations, furnishings, equipment management, and change of occupancy services.
