Capture Considerations
GDI analysis, not final solicitation requirements.
- Map relevant experience to facility systems, readiness-sensitive environments and urgent repair support.
- Assess staffing coverage, specialty-trade depth, response capacity and continuity plans against the eventual performance requirements.
- Identify capability gaps early and investigate suitable teaming roles without presenting potential partners as confirmed.
- Review the actual draft documents and final solicitation before making compliance claims.
- Keep the capture schedule flexible while final solicitation dates remain tentative.
