  • Project will construct new 3 story, 2,500 sf per floor, addition to the building for right sizing Pharmacy. Also renovating 14,151 sf of the existing building and correcting ADA noncompliant Internal and External spaces. Project will reconfigure parking lots and entrances in front of buildings 1, 3,29, 61 and 4 to correct building access for handicap accessibility, increase parking near outpatient pharmacy, and correct roadway circulation. Expand Covered parking and solar array on parking canopy. Project is part of the station Master Plan
