  • The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Services Contracts Division, is seeking information on establishing a new contract for Housing Operations and Maintenance Services (HOMS) and Change of Occupancy Maintenance Services (COMS) for Various Military Installations, Guam.
  • The outcomes to be achieved are for the Contractor to provide all management, supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, material, supplies, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to provide operations and maintenance and change of occupancy maintenance services for family and unaccompanied housing units and facilities on Andersen Air Force Base for 36th Civil Engineering Squadron Housing and Naval Base Guam for Naval Base Guam Housing. Work is inclusive of operations, repair services, maintenance and change of occupancy maintenance in both vacant and occupied units.
