Previous Requirements

Services required include but are not limited to best practices consulting in project and program management, program acquisition, office organization and business processes, maintenance program management and information systems, and budget/financial systems. Personnel shall be skilled in facilitation, working directly with a range of junior and senior government officials the contractor shall identify organizational needs and implementation strategies for improving processes. Contractor personnel must be able to assist in the full implementation of solutions within the Air and Marine organization.
