Requirements

The contractor shall provide all management, labor, material, and equipment (unless furnished by the Government), transportation, supervision and designs to accomplish multiple concurrent projects for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property at Wright Patterson AFB, OH and local USAF Leased spaces. The base covers more than 8,000 acres of land (12.5 square miles) and provides operational support for more than 100 associate units located at Wright-Patterson.
