Requirements

The Contractor shall:

  • Provide global coverage, MIL Ka-Band, High-Capacity Crossover (HCX) steerable/maneuverable spot beam, Broadband Aero Mobile COMSATCOM Services.
  • Provide global, two-way, broadband Military Ka-band High Capacity Crossover (HCX) satellite service subscriptions, with terrestrial communications backhaul to the internet, two U.S. Government Entry Points (GEP) and two Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) Points of Presence (PoPs), secure beam steering capability, web-based Network Management System portal software development, managed network services, 24/7 network operations center (NOC) and technical support services, and Host Nation Approval License (HNAL) support and spectrum regulatory technical assistance.
