Requirements

  • The contractor shall provide the following: air traffic control services, ATC maintenance service, all project management, supervision, personnel, work vehicle, contractor employee work chairs, and non-durable items and office supplies necessary to perform ATC services at Fort Bliss, TX. These services are required to support all aircraft operations within Ft. Bliss owned or delegated airspace via coordinated agreements with Biggs Army Airfield ATC Branch.
  • Fort Bliss has established ATC facilities, to include an ATC maintenance section. These facilities are responsible for positive and procedural separation of IFR/VFR/UAS aircraft within Ft. Bliss airspace and for the maintenance of all ATC equipment.
