Requirements

The purpose of this SABER contract is to provide a streamlined and flexible process for the execution of a broad range of non-complex maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects. The scope of work is anticipated to include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Interior and exterior facility renovations and alterations
  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system repairs and upgrades
  • Electrical system repairs and installations
  • Plumbing and pipefitting
  • Concrete and pavement work
  • Site work, including excavation and demolition
  • Mold and asbestos abatement
