Requirements

  • This project involves the repair and reconstruction of the 1,102-foot-long North Pier at Algoma Harbor, located on the w estern shore of Lake Michigan in Algoma, Wisconsin. The scope of w ork includes restoring the pier to its original design function w ithin the existing structural footprint, along w ith all incidental and related w ork necessary to complete the repairs. The contractor shall remove or alter existing w ork in a manner that prevents injury or damage to adjacent structures and features that are to remain. Upon completion, the site must be returned to a condition equal to or better than its pre-construction state.
