Requirements

  • The purpose of the ASP/TSA is to provide Class V Munitions Supply Support for all ammunition stocks accounted for by the 1st Theater Support Command (1TSC) to U.S. Military/Government component, Department of Defense (DOD) agencies and, as required, Coalition Forces in the Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Contractor shall provide the services, resources, and management for Accountability (SAAS), Issues/Turn-ins, Reclamation (TARF), Storage, Surveillance and Shipments/Receipts of Class V operations at the Camp Arifjan ASP. The 1TSC shall manage the ammunition assets through its subordinate units providing priorities and tasks that need to be accomplished. The transportation of ammunition to and from the ASP/TSA, including convoy security, shall be provided by and funded through the Government or from Assistance in Kind (AIK) agreements with the State of Kuwait
