Requirements

  • The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and consultant services and all site investigations, surveys, analysis, sampling, testing, and verification of existing field conditions as required for the design and construction of a new Fishbowl Training Center (FBT) within the ICE, Advanced Training and Operations Complex (ATOC) at Ft Moore, Georgia.The contractor shall provide a complete design analysis incorporating all engineering computations, analysis, test, and survey results, building code (including fire protection, life safety, and environmental) review as it pertains/affects/relates to this project, equipment and material data and documentation of existing conditions.The project requires the design and construction of a new, single-story Pre-Engineered Metal Building with a lower entrance annex and associated appurtenances including but not limited to pavements, utilities, lighting, communications, and other supporting infrastructure. Additional details are provided within each corresponding section.

    In general, the new facility shall contain the following:

    • Vestibule, Lobby, Corridors, storage rooms
    • Two K-9 rooms
    • Building systems include restrooms, janitor closet, telecommunications room, electrical room, and mechanical equipment room
    • Catwalk system suspended from roof structure
    • A complete electronic security and surveillance system
