Requirements

The work will include providing all labor, equipment, plant, tools, transportation, and materials to perform various types of site work. The site work will include, but is not limited to, repair and construction of asphalt and concrete pavements including subbase and base course, installation of associated utilities, drainage structures, sidewalks, curb and gutters, rubber removal and painting of runways, taxiways, and aprons, and turf. All work indicated in the specifications, drawings, and bid schedule must be accomplished for the original bid price. The work will be issued in incremental task orders throughout the year as money becomes available. Each task order will be separately negotiated to determine quantities, not price. The contractor will only apply the applicable requirements of the specifications to each separate task order. Unique items of work not priced in this basic contract will be negotiated in the individual task orders.
