Requirements

  • The project scope shall include construction of a new four (4) story addition utility building between the existing utility building 44 and the two 35,000-gallon fuel storage tanks. All work shall be performed in accordance with the project plans and specifications, which are considered integral parts of this scope of work. The contractor shall be fully responsible for ensuring that all systems are fully operational upon completion of the project. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, provide all necessary parts, components, materials, labor, and any additional resources required to achieve full functionality of each system as specified in the project plans and specifications.
