Requirements

  • The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, training, and tools, not otherwise provided as Government Furnished Property (GFP), to perform the non-personal services required to support operational tests that include, field test support, data collection, data entry, data base management, technical input for test report preparation, and logistics for USAOTC, Joint and Multi-Service tests, training activities, and other Department of Defense (DoD) activities.
  • The Contractor shall be required on an intermittent basis to perform administrative, field test support, data collection, data base management, data entry, technical input for test report prepareation in support of combined Developmental and Operational Tests test support that includes:
    • Logistics support involves the preparation and maintenance of test sites, supplies, and use of GFP/GFE.
    • Maintenance, dispatch services, and operators for test support vehicles and generators.
    • Provide data entry tools, data visualization tools, and test support tools.
    • Operate Government provided instrumentation.
    • Although this is a service contract, there are incidental supply actions taken in support of the contracted mission.  Contractor purchases are authorized when incidental and key to contractor performance.
