Requirements

  • This project entails a comprehensive renovation of the Level 1 clinical spaces within Building 1. The scope of work includes—but is not limited to—selective demolition and construction activities necessary to modernize and reconfigure the area in accordance with the Construction Documents and Basis of Design.
  • Key elements of the project involve architectural upgrades, installation of new medical and facility equipment, and improvements to multiple building systems. These include fire protection, plumbing, HVAC (mechanical), electrical, and telecommunications systems. Site work such as modifications to existing roads, sidewalks, grading, and drainage will also be performed to support the renovation and ensure full operational integration.
  • All work shall be completed with the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to meet the project’s performance and compliance standards.
