Requirements

  • The Contractor shall provide suitable enterprise solution(s) for integrating building controls and monitoring application areas to enable more effective management and improve energy-efficient facility operations for Heating-Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Building Automation-Systems (BAS), Utility Metering Systems at the five (5) DLA locations. The enterprise solution is an effort to streamline the program management, sustainment, and lifecycle replacement of components and software.
  • This new Enterprise approach to BCS/UCS allows for the appropriate level of DoD-required cybersecurity measures to be integrated into and throughout the planning, design, construction, renovation, and repair of new and existing BCS UCS systems.
