Background

Navy Medicine has transitioned away from managing the Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) and supporting healthcare delivery to focusing on medical readiness and the needs of the Fleet to ensure Naval Superiority. In FY2021, Navy Medicine fully transitioned accounting systems from Standard Accounting and Reporting System – Field Level (STARS-FL) to Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Navy Medicine has 24 existing SOPs that cover a broad range of business processes, logistics, financial management, and acquisition disciplines.

Requirements

  • The Contractor shall provide:
    • Audit readiness and audit support services, and all of the task areas and labor categories may relate to audit readiness and audit support services, either directly or indirectly.
    • Program management and operation support services, financial management operations, business process improvement, change management and information management support activities provide best business practices that support and enhance the overall mission capabilities.
    • Opportunity for an integrated approach across financial, logistics, facilities, and information technology core business functions throughout Navy Medicine.
