Requirements

  • This acquisition will equip the CCoE with comprehensive, performanceoriented training and training support services under one contract vehicle. These required services will support the development and execution of MOS training in Career Management Fields (CMF) 25, and 17, with technically competent Signal, Cyber Warfare (CW, Cyberspace Effects) and Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) workforce, educated and trained to Army and Joint standards, to fulfill commanders’ strategic, operational, and tactical requirements within the Cyberspace domain and the Electromagnetic Spectrum ISO the full range of Multi-Domain Signal, Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare Operations. The CCoE is responsible for intra-service and functional education and training to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities related to Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), and cyberspace planning, integration, and synchronization. Specific requirements for training and training support will be identified at the task order level.
