Background

The recompete includes an increase in scope of the current CISA environment above the original anticipated requirements identified due to congressional acts, such as Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act of 2022 (CIRCIA), CISA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) mission adjustment, and other DHS & CISA strategic and mission priorities.

Requirements

  • The objectives of this requirement are to obtain:
    • Engineering support in architecting, designing, and engineering CISA enterprise IT capabilities and services to include, but not limited to:
      • Network
      • Identity and Access Management
      • Mobility
      • Cloud Support Services
      • Communication Services
      • Management and transition of engineering activities to system operations, as well as enterprise monitoring, configurations and support; and advanced network/infrastructure/cloud support.
    • Task One -Technology Evaluation and Integration
    • Task Two -Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions Strategy and Architecture
    • Task Three -Technical Solutions Engineering and Implementation
    • Task Four -Operations and Maintenance Support
    • Task Five -Program / Project Management
