Requirements

The contractor shall provide strategic and tactical communications support to produce materials and deliverables that shall inform the public and employees of the VA on the Secretary’s initiative of ChooseVA. Materials shall include videos, logos, digital media products, and other internal and external communications materials (including, but not limited to, roadside billboards, pamphlets, posters, placards, or as needed within the individual task order.) for the ChooseVA campaign. Pamphlet, poster, and placards are design only and shall not be printed within this contract. The contractor shall provide support services to develop, produce, advertise, and direct the campaign. These advertisements shall include, but are not limited to, out-of-home displays (roadside billboards & placards), traditional broadcast television and radio segments. Future optional advertisement placement shall include digital engagement, digital product advertisement placement, and visual and audio production
