Requirements

  • Provide Construction Management Services (CMS) and support to supplement the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District (NWO) in its administration and oversight of various construction projects in the above service area
  • The contractor will be responsible for performing CMS to the Government taskings (e.g., Quality Assurance using three phase inspection process, review of contractor’s pre-construction plans, participation in coordination meetings and progress reviews, review of submittals, and providing support during modification process) and producing documentation of construction management activities (e.g, preparing daily Quality Assurance Reports, providing pre-construction plan and submittal review comments and recommendations to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and preparing written correspondence for COR’s signature
