Requirements

  • The scope of this effort defines the requirements for a contractor level of effort to support operations, tests, trials, demonstrations, evaluations, special studies, special missions, product improvements, Fleet training and familiarization, and maintenance. The Contractor shall perform maintenance that consists of Planned Maintenance System (PMS) actions for preventative maintenance measures and corrective maintenance or repair at the organizational, intermediate and depot maintenance levels on the PSC, test equipment, and other small boat or crane and winch repairs as necessary. PSC operations will consist of pier support and operations of the craft as required.
