  • labor to develop to update the DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge annual mandatory training.
  • labor for the DCT program. Contract labor for the DCT program shall provide the following functions: Update/redesign the DoD CIO Cyber Awareness Challenge training and deliver training in all the downloadable and SCORM formats for an LMS.
