Background

The Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN) is seeking information from potential sources to develop, support and maintain a Command and Control (C2) platform to empower cyber red team operations. The cyber red team is an independent and focused, threat-based effort by an interdisciplinary-simulated adversary to expose and exploit vulnerabilities with the underlying goal of improving the security posture of information systems. The cyber red team engages internal and external network surfaces by coordinating attacks against mission-critical cyber terrain.

Requirements

  • The contractor shall:
    • Provide its services and support to allow the C2 platform to have the capability to provide tailored and realistic cyber threat emulation engagement to (1) assess the inspected organization’s ability to conduct their mission, (2) defend their mission’s cyberspace, (3) and defend the DODIN in a contested environment
