Requirements

The Contractor shall:

  • provide an evaluation methodology, personnel, management, materials, information technology infrastructure, and equipment necessary to fulfill these requirements. The Contractor is a trusted authority in the credit for prior learning (CPL) ecosystem and shall ensure the output of these evaluations (e.g., postsecondary-level academic learning expressed as college credit equivalents) align with postsecondary academic credit frameworks and are clearly translated into formats accepted by academic institutions. The evaluation formats shall display a seal that emphasizes the Contractor status as a leader in higher education and a trusted authority.  The emphasis for this requirement is on increasing the Department’s capacity to conduct virtual reviews, support training initiatives, improve data interoperability and exchange capabilities and to improve academic credibility of curriculum, assessments, and feedback on occupational training evaluations.
