Requirements

  • The new Laundry Facility will house new and relocated laundry equipment. Laundry equipment will comprise of a scale, hot water tank(s) with controls, several washer/extractors, and dryers. In addition to the equipment area, the new building will include cutting and sewing rooms, clothing storage, bathrooms, a separate boiler room (as required) and breakroom. Ramps and loading dock are required for safe transport of wheeled buggies within the building and to/from change houses.
