Requirements

  • DAVE provides the DoD timely access to accurate, authoritative, and reliable acquisition data to support insight, analysis, and decision-making. It provides easily accessible front-end applications, data repositories, capabilities, system to system integration, and a well-defined and managed data framework to offer perspective and context for the use of Acquisition data.  DAVE supports the DoD Acquisition community and partners, providing an integrated foundation for the DoD Acquisition community, delivering improved security, performance, reusability, interoperability, scalability, and maintainability of Acquisition data.
  • Using Agile methods, the contractor shall sustain and perform minor enhancement of DAVE Capabilities to support acquisition decision-making and achieve the DAVE Product Vision and Product Road Map. If required, by contract modifications exercising optional tasks, the contractor shall deliver new DAVE Capabilities and systems engineering support to DAVE.
