  • The Special Operations Forces Enterprise Digital Talent Program is a USSOCOM initiative designed to develop and leverage data analytics and Artificial Intelligence to sustain advantages in the modern age. USSOCOM seeks to leverage digital capabilities not just as tools but as strategic and tactical enablers of growth and innovation in the evolving digital warfare domain.
  • The purpose of this Task Order (TO) is to provide the critical digital talent needed to leverage data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI), creating an essential advantage for SOF’s success in today’s rapidly evolving digital warfare domain. SOF must establish a workforce, not just as strategic enablers of growth and innovation but to remain competitive, agile, and forward-thinking. The Department of War (DoW) and SOF are investing in architecture capabilities and data acquisition, but the sufficiency of digital talent is a pacing factor in realizing the benefits of data and AI at scale. This TO is to obtain personnel capable of performing the required tasks.
