Requirements

  • Provide full-spectrum engineering support for the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN). This effort covers all elements, layers, and gateways, including Internet Protocol (IP)-based and switched infrastructure secured over terrestrial and undersea fiber-optic networks, as well as military and commercial satellite communications.
