Requirements

The Contractor Shall:

  • deliver comprehensive support for the implementation, integration, and operational transition of advanced networking capabilities across the Department of Defense (DoD) Information Network (DODIN) and DISN. This effort supports both DoD and non-DoD entities and aligns with DISA’s mission to enable information superiority through enhanced infrastructure and services.

  • Program and Project Management:
    Effective program and project management is critical to DISA’s ability to execute its strategic objectives, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery of high-priority projects supporting DODIN/DISN operations. Describe and provide an example of your company’s experience managing numerous, complex, multi-faceted projects, particularly in coordinating multiple stakeholders, meeting critical deadlines, and ensuring cost efficiency within a constrained budget.
  • Seamless Integration and Transition Management:
    Seamless integration and transition of new technologies into existing infrastructure are essential to maintain uninterrupted operations and ensure mission readiness across the DODIN/DISN. Describe and provide an example of your company’s experience in integrating advanced technologies and systems into existing infrastructure while ensuring uninterrupted operations. How has your company managed transitions involving legacy system decommissioning and the activation of new capabilities?
  • Advanced Network Implementation Expertise:
    DISA requires advanced network implementation expertise to modernize its global communications infrastructure, ensuring secure, high-performance, and reliable connectivity for DoD missions.
