Requirements

The contractor shall provide services to meet the following:

  • The contractor shall provide service support in the areas of cybersecurity operations, risk management and compliance. Specifically, the contractor shall support vulnerability management; cybersecurity site visits to assist civilian and contract mariners with patching and scanning of systems and networks; afloat site, system, and operational technology Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support, mission-based cybersecurity risk assessments; and all elements of cybersecurity compliance inspections.
  • MSC has a requirement for CSS. MSC requires in-depth knowledge of Navy and DoD cybersecurity directives and procedures. The contractor will require management and technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, risk management, and compliance.
