Requirements

The contractor shall provide services to meet the following:

  • The GTP 2.0 scope of work is for the supply and supply chain management support of certain tires, rubber treads, other consumable rubber tire and track components and tire wheel assemblies, which may be identified by NSN or other means, and are managed by DLA. Additional items within contract scope may be added via Defense Logistics Agency Directive (DLAD) Procurement Note L27 “Addition and Deletion of Items”, reference Section P2 – 17.0 and its subparts. The current tire / NSN listing subject to GTP 2.0 Integrator support is identified at Attachment 4. The tires / NSNs supplied will support aircraft and ground systems worldwide. The Government Fiscal Years 2011-2025 requisition history is located at Attachment 5 to illustrate recent historical delivery locations.
  • The GTP 2.0 outlines the following areas of responsibility that the GTP 2.0 Integrator will be required to execute:
    • Demand Planning
    • Forecasting Orders to Tire Suppliers
    • Purchasing (from Government directed sources)
    • Order Processing and Fulfillment
    • Reconciliation
    • Supplier Management
    • Finance (GTP 2.0 Integrator owned inventory)
    • Item Management (i.e., stock levels and locations)
    • Quality
    • Management of Retreads and Tire Carcass Disposal (applicable NSNs)
    • Distribution and Transportation Management and Execution
    • Packaging and Shipment Preparation
    • United States (U.S.) and Foreign Customs Clearance
    • Obsolescence Management
    • Customer Support Services
    • Data Management
    • Global Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) Support
    • FMS Support
