The Contractor shall:

  • Provide IT Architectural, Engineering, and expert technical operations and sustainment support for IT systems and services.
  • Providing security compliant, engineered solutions for standard application integration, application security, application delivery, desktop engineering, mobile device engineering, end user experience, and service monitoring functions;
  • Architectural and technical designs for IT infrastructure systems;
  • Providing broad support of DoD Zero Trust Strategy, DoD ICAM Strategy, DoD Digital Modernization Strategy and DoD Cybersecurity Reference Architecture
  • Automation and scripting;
  • Engineering whole disk encryption and data-at-rest protection capabilities;
  • Standardized designs and solutions for directory services, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), identity management, access management, and Public Key Enabling (PKE) activities;
  • The establishment, management, and maintenance of enterprise user data/profile management and their associated resources;
  • The preparation and deployment of policies, applications, and operating systems, to include applicable upgrades;
  • Providing a common system and monitoring framework for centrally deploying, supporting, and monitoring applications and systems;
  • Configuration Management to include Change Management, Knowledge Management, and technical documentation development for all technical and presentation requirements;
  • Management, sustainment, and security of all enterprise servers, end user devices (EUDs), applications, and resources;
  • Accreditation of the operational environment and execution of governance processes maintaining security requirements.
