Requirements

  • Hot Springs VA Medical Centers currently have a need to renovate building 8 at the Hot Springs VAMC The primary project objective is to update the facility ability care for veterans, by modernizing and bring the building up to current building code requirements. Work will include but no limited to renovating room space, installation of new hydraulic elevator, replacement of sanitary sewer, vent, and domestic water piping, and installing new HVAC units. The contractor will be required to provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
