  • The purpose of this contract is to support the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) with its core mission including the advancement of the USCIS Data Strategy. OCDO requires a broad range of skills to support all OCDO operations from data management with data governance and sharing, data standards, and data quality; business intelligence with agency-side reporting, analytics, and trainings; advanced analytics with data scientist research, automation support with business process documentation, and graph data analytics support; and general office support with communications and diverse front office activities. OCDO requires a professional services staff who are knowledgeable about data and technology, and have skills such as business operations analysis, policy authoring, communications, statistics, data science, trainging and change management, and data visualization. with data governance and sharing, data standards, and data quality; business intelligence with agency-side reporting, analystics, and trainings; advanced analytics with data scientist research, automation support with business process documentation, and graph data analytics support; and general office support with communications and diverse front office activities.
