Incumbent Requirements

The Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) Support task order provides Command, Control, Communications (CS) service access to United States senior leaders while transiting in-flight via two Air to Global Information Grid (GIG) Gateways (A2G2) supported by a Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL). This Task Order also provides an Incident Response function support the Government Network Operations Center (GNOC). The GNOC is a Designed Operational Capability (DOC) mission of the 89th Communication Squadron (CS). The GNOC is located at Joint Base Andrews, MD, and serves as the primary reporting office for all Senior Leader Command Control Communications System-Airborne (SL3CS-A) operational and maintenance issues, to include all executive communication outages, degradations, and deficiencies. Other responsibilities collaboration with commercial service providers, prioritization, metrics, reporting, implementing INFOCON actions, and conducting cyber defense.
