Requirements

The scope of the effort is:

  • To provide comprehensive K-12 education services in accordance with all federal and state laws and regulations. Services shall include special education programs for eligible Dover AFB dependents between 3 and 21 years of age in all appropriate settings. There are about 430 eligible dependent children residing on Dover AFB. This work includes providing food service, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and student transportation services.
