The 409th Contracting Support Brigade, 928th Contracting Battalion / Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria, has announced a pre-solicitation for a contract to provide maintenance, inspection, and repair services for emergency power systems (UPS and diesel generators) at USAG Bavaria Military Community in Garmisch, Germany. The contract will be awarded under full and open competition and utilize a hybrid pricing structure.

This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) intend to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Labor Hour (LH)/Time & Material (T&M)), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the Maintenance, Inspection and Repair of Inspection of Emergency Power Supply Systems (Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Diesel Power Generator Systems (GEN)) at USAG Bavaria Military Community Garmisch, Germany.

This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Garmisch, Germany.

The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 September 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).

The Request For Price (RFP) will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 60 (sixty) days, but Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award. All Amendments to the Solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendment. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFP and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award.
