Requirements

  • This requirement is for engineering and technical support services for NAWCADLKE PMTD. The support is needed for on-going operations. PMTD’s mission includes test operations support, engineering investigation support, prototyping, producibility engineering, contract data package review, technical manual review, installation of ALRE and SE systems, reverse engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), especially in the area of mission critical and flight safety related part and assembly manufacture, sole source supply of critical Navy hardware, and other manufacturing functions. The objective of this TO is to provide engineering and technical expertise in support of these mission elements. In addition, Information Technology (IT) support will be required to ensure continuous operation of the Job Execution and Data Information (J.E.D.I.) System software suite, which is used to manage workflow through the organization. J.E.D.I is a VB.net application with extensive use of Asynchronous Java Script and XML protocols, jQuery and SQL Stored Procedures. J.E.D.I includes the use of SAP Crystal Reports version 2020 – Crystal Run-Time Server. The J.E.D.I. application is written in Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server. J.E.D.I. is an approved Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) application in the Department of Navy Application and Database Management System.
