Requirements

  • This project will require construction of a 13,880 SF single story addition with 13,590 SF of interstitial space connecting to the existing Community Living Center through a communicating corridor designed and built in Phase 1 of this expansion project. Additionally, included is a 4,600 SF courtyard separating Phase 1 and 2 of the CLC, a 6,800 SF Courtyard separating Phase 1 from the Existing CLC and all perimeter landscape/hardscape surrounding both phase 1 and 2 separating the new buildings from the existing parking lots/roadways and adjacent buildings. This project, including all foundations and structural, has been designed for 2 levels of future expansion.
