Background

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) mandates that resolution/settlement efforts be used throughout the EEO discrimination complaint process, including the investigative stage of processing. For this reason, resolution/settlement personnel and techniques and investigative personnel and techniques are incorporated into this TSA CRD contract effort.

Requirements

  • The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA or the agency), Equal Opportunity and Civil Liberties (EOCL) has a need to contract for Counseling and Investigation Services for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints of discrimination. The services will be managed by the TSA EOCL office located in Springfield, Virginia. TSA EOCL is responsible for ensuring that employment discrimination complaints are processed fairly, promptly, thoroughly, and in strict compliance with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Regulations and Management Directives.
