Requirements

The Contractor shall provide technical, analytical and quality assurance (QA) support to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Programs, such as the Office of Air, RCRA Program, Office of Enforcement & Compliance Assistance, Office of Water, Superfund Program, and possibly other EPA programs, Federal and state agencies, and tribal organizations to facilitate identification, assessment, regulation, and remediation of environmental hazards which may pose a threat to human health or the environment. These requirements necessitate that EPA (or “the Agency”) gather and/or generate information across many programs and regulations on which to base administrative, regulatory, and/or human health decisions. The Contractor is expected to provide a variety of support to EPA programs that elect to utilize the services offered under the contract. When tasked, the Contractor shall perform work in the following Task Areas:

  • Task Area I – Analytical Support
  • Task Area II – Data Review
  • Task Area III – Analytical Logistical Support
  • Task Area IV – Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Support
  • Task Area V – Other Task-Related Activities
  • Task Area VI – External Regional Lab Analysis
