GAOA SUF Forest Road 152 Requirements

  • The intent of this contract is to provide for the replacement of the South Brule River Bridge on low volume Forest Road 152; traffic control monitoring; design and construction of a temporary bypass, demolition and removal existing bridge, furnish and install new timber abutments and bulkhead planking; furnish and install rip rap, backfill and geotextile drainage material for bulkheads; furnish and place aggregate and asphalt pavement to final road grade; install permanent bridge signs; furnish and install timber superstructure – including girders, deck system, railing systems and all associated hardware; seed and mulch all disturbed areas; and protect the South Brule River and associated wetlands from siltation and other destructive impacts of construction
