Requirements

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies to include all office supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to operate the Health Unit facilities at Artesia, New Mexico, Charleston, South Carolina and Glynco, Georgia each training day. Cheltenham does not have a Health Unit facility. Therefore, the Contractor shall provide the required services at an off-site medical facility, located within 25 miles of Cheltenham, MD. This facility(ies) shall be equipped and staffed to provide required examinations and testing in response to the required services for the Medical Surveillance Program (MSP) and urgent care needs.

  • This performance-based contract describes the services to be performed as an end result and provides to the contract both a standard for acceptable performance and quantities, limits, or areas the service covers. The Contractor shall be responsible for achieving the stated results.
  • The Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR) for this contract will be appointed at time of award. During the terms of this contract any changes of the COR(s) will be in writing to the Contractor.
