Requirements

  • Base wide Custodial Services: Provide cleaning services for public spaces, office spaces, restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, classrooms, theater, bowling alley, chapel, and more.
  • Grounds Maintenance Services: Provide lawn care to include mowing, trimming, edging, vegetation control, and debris removal.
  • Housing Maintenance Services: Provide cleaning services to ensure units are clean before occupants move into the housing unit.
  • Maintain, test, and repair HVAC systems in Housing. Includes preventive maintenance, trouble calls, and seasonal start up/shut down.
  • HVAC Maintenance Services: Maintain, test, and repair HVAC systems for the base. Includes preventive maintenance, trouble calls, and seasonal start up/shut down.
  • Kitchen Exhaust Systems Cleaning and Maintenance/Repair Services: Provide inspection, cleaning and repair for kitchen exhaust systems.
  • Airfield Paint, Joint Sealant, and Rubber Removal: Provide airfield marking, replace joint sealant, and remove rubber from runway and taxiway areas on the runway.
  • Trouble Calls for Housing and DoDEA Schools: Provide trouble call response for Housing and 4 schools (High School, Middle School, and two Elementary Schools) to include electrical, utilities, and other maintenance issues.
  • Minor Construction: Provide minor construction services which do not require professional engineer design and oversight.
